This virtual experience is designed to give you the knowledge and freedom to be able to play with your food in a way that frees you from the normal confines of recipes, regardless of your current level of confidence in the kitchen. My goals are to: 

  1. Introduce you to delicious, plant-based, mostly whole food, no oil added recipes that are bursting with flavor.

  2. Empower you to take confidence in your cooking, catering to your palate.

  3. Change your perspective to see recipes as recommendations only—you can make them your own!

About

My name is Anna and I am delighted to share my passion with you. ​I started on my plant-based journey over 9 years ago, after years of struggles with never-ending back issues. Without any relief from any of my doctor's recommendations, I started looking at food as medicine after binging on a spiral of plant-based documentaries (Forks Over Knives, etc.). While I'm far from “perfect” with my eating habits, I love cooking and experimenting and look at it as a meditative experience for myself. ​

 

So join me as we discover new flavors, new ideas, new variations, and a new outlook on the thing that nourishes us, brings us together, and ignites flavor, passion, and love in all of us. From fermenting hot sauces, ginger beer and slow, sourdough baked goods to quick and easy recipes, there is no shortage in things to try.
