Low fat Tahini Dressing

This is an easy dressing to whip up that has less fat than regular Tahini. Serve with Falafel or top over any salad bowl.



Ingredients

  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (please roast yourself, as the flavor is so much better!)

  • Juice & zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 clove or garlic

  • 1 tbsp hummus

  • 1/3 cup aqua faba

  • salt & pepper to taste


 


Method

Put all ingredients into blender cup and blend on high until smooth. Keep in a jar,
